Shipping policy

Our delivery charge for the UK is £4.95 for orders under £50.00.

We reserve the right to change our postal price without advance notification.

At Salt and Pepper we pride ourselves in giving our customers value for money on their orders. We send all UK orders by either Royal Mail or courier depending on the weight of the order and by doing so can keep our postage charge to an acceptable level.

You should receive your order within 2-5 working days unless you are notified by us that it could be longer. If you require an urgent delivery we can do so at an extra cost. Please contact us for details.

Our policy is if the items ordered are in stock and the order is placed before 3pm we try to dispatch on the same day by Royal Mail or courier. Orders placed after this time are shipped the following day. If any item is out of stock we will notify you.
